For the inexperienced among us, the large blob on top is the head and the stuff underneath is the body and legs etc.
For the non-basketball players among you, this is a perfect face-on dribble position to pull off a double cross-over and sweep past your man for the one-handed hammer dunk... What do you mean that it's not clear?
